This is a piece of philosophy given to me by Spirit. I hope it will be of interest. This being one of many I have received.
Forgive yourself for all the negative thoughts you have had towards your-Self.
Be at peace with your-Self. Accept who you really are. Love your-Self, for it is your True being.
You will realise that your true Being is not reflected in your form. The outward you.
How you look, or think you look. Who you think you are. This is not your real Self, your Being.
Look beyond form and see the true Self, the true Being within.
Connect with your Being. Learn to know your-Self. Learn to love and be at peace with your Being. For this is who you really are. The real conscious You. Not the unconscious projection, the bundle of fears and despair, that your mind has created for you.
Acknowledge your fears and they will melt away, dissolved by the warmth of the Love and Light of your true Self. Your Being, shining through.
Be reborn within Your Self, within Your Being. Live your life in positive awareness.
Then forgive others, for you will understand that they are driven by their unconsciousness, their unawareness. They are not projecting their true being. Just as you were unable to. Until you became aware of and accepted your True Being. Your Self.
Let your Being shine through. Replace negativity with the positive loving energies from within. Cease to walk in the shadows of fear. Step into the Light of Love and Consciousness. Be aware of who you really are. A Child of Light. A beautiful part of creation,timeless,formless.
